Nicole owns the look. Layouts, type, color, ad creative, video graphics and anything that has to work in print as well as on screen. She has been designing for regulated clients long enough to keep brand rules and accessibility in the same file.
Ravi and his team cover keyword research, the content calendar, on-page work and outreach. That is the slow part of search — the writing and the relationships — and it is why rankings hold instead of spiking and falling back.
Plenty of what Nicole designs never loads in a browser — shirts, signage, vehicle graphics, storefront and event work. We do not run a press, so that work goes to two shops we have used long enough to send a file and stop worrying about it. You deal with us; we deal with them.
