We work out of Peoria and we cover the Phoenix Valley. Most of the businesses on our client list sell something a homeowner here actually needs — a pool cleaned, a garage door fixed, a grill delivered, a back adjusted — and most of them came to us because whatever they were already paying for had quietly stopped producing calls.
Peoria, Arizona · Serving the Phoenix Valley · Pool, home services, retail and local practices
This is not a list of industries we would accept money from. Each one below is a category we have shipped work in, learned the buying pattern for, and can talk about without needing a discovery call first. If your business is not on this list, say so on the call — we would rather tell you we are the wrong shop than learn it together six weeks in.
You are selling the same Pentair pump as every other store in the state, so the fight is not over product — it is over product data, category structure, and being the result that shows up when somebody types a part number at nine at night. That means a Shopify store built to carry a real catalog, and the organic search work that sits behind it. Two of our longest relationships are pool supply retailers with both a storefront and a warehouse.
Route density is the whole business. A customer eight minutes from your last stop is worth more than one across the valley, which means the goal is not traffic — it is being the first name in the map pack in the specific neighborhoods your trucks already drive. This is local SEO, review flow and profile discipline far more than it is ad spend, and it is the category where we see the widest gap between what agencies charge and what actually moves.
Not every client sells to homeowners. A pool plumbing subcontractor sells to builders, designers and architects — fewer buyers, longer memory, and a site whose real job is to prove you will not hold up somebody else’s build schedule. The work leans on web development and credibility rather than advertising, and the win looks like one good contractor relationship, not a hundred form fills.
Grills, smokers and outdoor kitchens are a considered purchase with a long gap between first look and first order, plus a retail floor to fill and a class schedule to sell. You need a store that handles a catalog and a calendar, and email that stays useful across the months in between rather than only showing up when there is a sale.
A garage door off its track at six in the morning is not a research project. Somebody calls the first credible result and stops looking. That makes it a paid search and Business Profile problem, won on response time, review count and proof of licensing rather than on clever copy. It is also the category where wasted ad spend hides best, because the phone still rings a bit.
A practice competes on trust and proximity, in that order. A new patient offer gets people looking; reviews, real photographs of real staff, and a profile that answers the boring questions get them to book. We wrote up our approach to responding to Google and Yelp reviews because it is the single most underrated thing a practice can do for itself.
Six-figure decisions with a sales cycle measured in seasons. Nobody fills in a form on the first visit, so the site is really a portfolio that has to hold up on a phone screen in somebody’s driveway, and the follow-up matters more than the first click. Fast, well-built WordPress and photography that does the talking.
Photographers, designers and media shops usually have the taste and not the plumbing — a good-looking site that nothing links to and nobody measures. The work is normally getting the build right, then getting found for the specific thing they sell rather than the category they are filed under.
SiteRyze is a service-area business. There is no showroom to visit — we work from Peoria and we come to you, which usually means a first conversation at your shop, your store, or your kitchen table. If you would rather do it on a call, that is fine too.
The area below is the market we sell into. Every name on it is somewhere a current client either operates or takes calls from, which is a deliberately shorter list than the one we could pad it out to.
West Valley
Home. Most first meetings happen inside this ring.
Phoenix
Central and north, plus the older neighborhoods east of it.
East Valley
Where our pool retail and service clients compete hardest.
North & outlying
Reachable, and worth the drive for the right project.
One of our retail clients also runs stores in Summerlin and Las Vegas, so a share of our work lands in Nevada. Phoenix is the market we actively sell into, and web and ecommerce builds travel further than local search work does.
Every engagement is some mix of the eight below. Which mix depends entirely on where your customers already are, which is the first thing the audit tells us.
The umbrella, and usually the starting point. Where the budget goes, why, and what it is expected to return.
On-page, technical and local. The traffic that keeps arriving after the ad budget stops.
Search, social and shopping, built so every click lands somewhere it can be counted.
Categories, services, photos and reviews — the three results most local buyers ever look at.
The list you already own, which is almost always the cheapest channel on the account.
Sites built to load fast, survive a phone, and be edited without calling us first.
Done properly, so it stays fast and safe instead of becoming somebody else’s cleanup job.
Catalog, collections, payments and migrations for stores carrying real inventory.
The fastest way to know whether we are the right shop for your category is to look at what we have already shipped in it. Every screenshot on our recent work page is a live site you can open and use, and the case studies walk through what changed and why. If you want the long version of one, the Aqua Pool Supply write-up covers a full ecommerce and local search rebuild end to end.
If you would rather understand how we work before you look at what we made, our approach explains the free audit and what happens after it, and about us covers the twenty years behind it.
Most of our work lands in three places, and they are different enough that one page cannot honestly cover all of them. Peoria is home. Phoenix is the metro we sell into. Scottsdale is where both the ticket sizes and the click prices go up. Each page below says something different, because the markets are different.
Our home market, and the one we know street by street. Why south Peoria is really competing with Glendale, why north Peoria is competing with Surprise, and what a service-area business does when it cannot move its pin. Read the Peoria page.
Five hundred square miles, national money in the auction, and a map pack that moves with the searcher. How a small business picks a neighborhood and a service instead of bidding on the city name. Read the Phoenix page.
Higher ticket, higher cost per click, longer decision, and a buyer comparing three quotes before anybody picks up the phone. Where reviews and photography stop being nice-to-have. Read the Scottsdale page.
If you are somewhere else in the Valley, the free audit still applies — these three just happen to be where most of our client work sits.
The audit is free and it is not a sales call with a PDF attached. We look at the site, the profile and the ad account, and we tell you which one is actually costing you the call — even when the answer is that you do not need us yet.
